I'm one of those people that believe that the loss of Charlie Garner will not be felt. Kevon Barlow is a hand picked running back that fits the Bill Walsh system. He's a quick and powerful runner but his most valuable trait is his ability to catch the ball. He's big enough to get you the tough yards inside and quick enough to turn the corner. I envision the Niners using him most on screen passes and passes out in the flat where his can use the open space to make the big play. The combination of Kevon Barlow and Fred Beasley will be a formidable one for years to come.
