Last year, the same management signed a couple of veteran free agents who were expected to become leaders and show the young players the path. However, a funny thing happened on the way to respectability. The team started winning games that they weren't expected to win and found themselves playing in January.

This year, the management drafted and signed players to get the job done once and for all and expect the team to play nothing less than the Conference Championship. In my opinion, if the team were to stay healthy and does not get close to that expectation, the management will again make some kind of a move.
