| 49ers 101 "Tom of Sacramento" 49ers Paradise Fan Press 07.30.2002 Last night I had the pleasure of attending the 49ers 101 class at UOP in Stockton, CA. What a great class! Who were our teachers? Only Jesse Sapolu and Wendell Tyler. It was great to hear all of the great stories as well as learn some of the particulars of the 49ers offense. The team is making a better effort to bring us fans closer to the team of the eighties. You may have noticed that they hired Steve Bono, Eric Wright, Keena Turner, and Jesse to be Alumni coordinators. This has to be a great benifit to the team to be closer to a team that won 5 titles and know what it takes to win. Talk about it in the 49ers Forum |
